Weekly Tariff for 2011: £400-£650 per week.
Linen is included, with the beds made up with duvets for your arrival.
Extra blankets are available in the cottages under the double bed.
Electricity: per meter reading and payable at the end of your holiday.
Availability: Please phone, or email us, to check available dates.
A 10% or £50 deposit by cheque is required at the time of booking.
We will send you a receipt with directions to our farm.
The balance is due one month before your stay.
If you need to change dates or cancel then please inform us A.S.A.P. Changed dates may vary in price.
We will make every attempt to re-book cancelled dates and refund your money in full, but if we cannot re-book, or if we have to re-let at a reduced price, then you may lose all, or part of your money.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of the holiday you may be liable to pay for the full week cancelled even if you have not yet paid in full.
You may be able to take out holiday insurance, but please infrom them of any past and ongoing medical conditions.
If you are booking for the following year please do not send a deposit until after Christmas, and make sure we have your name and telephone number.
A service dog is very welcome in "First Light" cottages.
"Stag View Cottage" is pet and feather free to assist guests with allergies.
Both cottages are strictly NO SMOKING
